i'm new at bodybuilding and need final advice before i get started - i've alwys been in athletics up thru collegiate sports so i'm used to training but im training for physique now. . . im starting a 3 month lifting program and am looking to gain serious muscle mass - i work out at around 9:30 PM 4 times a week -
i'm curious when i should take my supplements as to get the best results and if i've chosen wisely or not in my total supplement regimen. I've done a TON of research and have decided upon the following supplemments and integrals:
- Max muscle 1 MAX Test (twice daily for 1 month only - see below)
- optimum 100% whey (2 shakes daily - each inludes 3.5g glutamine and 24g whey protein)
- optimum l-glutamine (5g in morning and 5g at night before bed)
- ist pure creatine (5g in each shake + 5g before workout)
- Worldwide Rapid Recovery drink (post workout only)
- CLA 1000mg tabs (3x daily)
- XtremeLean caps (2 caps twice daily)
- Flax oil 1000 mg (1 cap morning and night)
- a good multivitain - (twice daily)
- 1000mg vitamin C and 400 iu of vitamin E
am i missing anything? should i stack creatine first week or no? take creatine before or after workout? what do you think of the anaboilic stack? is CLA worth it or bogus? any suggestions with glutamine?
also my three month anabolic stack consists of the following: one month 1-max test, one month trenobol, and then one month estrobol.
