Yes i've been taking no xplode for about 4 days now and i got one simple question. Is this working?! I'm 17, weigh about 180 and been lifting for about a year now. I like to lift in when i wake up and it says to take it on an empty stomach so you would think that taking no xplode when u wake up would be the best way to go. The thing is that i dont fell that energized! Ya i feel it slightly but not like i did the first day i took it. First day i took it i went it was to test it and i took 2 scoops and went to work and flew threw the day cooking food for 130 people for lunch and 100+ people for supper (did drink 2 redbulls throught the day as well). Somone got any tips?

i was taking 3 scoops and i weigh less than you. I found it took about 20 minutes to start to kick in. Thats when i'd do my warm up. Also the first day or two i took 2 scoops and didn't feel anything

If this is the first time you are taking Creatine/NO supplements, give it a couple of weeks to go through your system. Then it should start to really work. Thats how it worked for me anyway...

It may take some time to take full effect on your body, but you should feel the pumps pretty quick. If you drink alot of caffeine on a normal basis(like 2 red bulls) it will diminish the amount of energy you recieve from the NO explode. NO explodes big energy boost comes from caffeine, so if you drink alot of it your body wont be affect as much as someone who drinks no caffeine. You definitely have the right idea about taking it first thing ib the morning though. As long as you are following the directions you should results. This stuff is great.

I'm back!, sorry about the hold up. Jeeze i'd say its been about 2 weeks now since i started taking No-Xplode and its getting better and better as time goes by. As for the caffine thing, if i drink pop its ONLY diet and occassional redbulls so i dont think that my body is too use to caffine (i've been off pop for about one and a half years now). I get up at 5:40 in the morning, take it, lie down in bed (then it starts to kick in just enough to keep me awake and not go back to sleep, then at 6 i leave to pick up my friend and then we go to workout and i'd say by the time we start lifting its 6:15. I doubt that enough time but i'm not for sure, any suggestions?

I had much of the same results..I took NO-Xplode and been on it for about 3 days, and I follow the instructions, however I have never used creatine before and I have just recently started working out. But I do feel the rush from it, and already a little extra reps i can put in. But results on my body are not quite there, do I give it a couple weeks? I weigh 152 and im 6'0

Yeah, it may take a few weeks for the full effect. If you want to see results faster make sure you have a good diet with plenty of calories.

Thanks, I am on a very healthy diet, low fat and mostly eating chicken and rice, fruits, vegetables, and such. Should I change or keep that?

Aslong as your taking in between 3000 and 4000 calories you should be gaining muscle mass. Also you should take in about a gram of protein for every pound you weigh. So atleast 152 grams, probably more.

Spread it out throughout the day. If its possible you should try to do it in about 6 meals spread evenly throughout the day. I try but its real tough with school so between classes ill eat a protein bar to get the extra calories/meal in.

3k-4k seems like a lot, should it be 0calories from fat? I always thought that a certain amount of calories makes fat, and I didn't know you wanted fat and 3k 4k calories seems like it be a lot of fat..haha. But maybe I am wrong I am new at all this, just tryin to get results fast.

I have taken NO-Xplode about 8 times now and each time I take it it gets better. Maybe its just me but I can pose in the mirror before and after taking it and I look bigger. It really rushes the blood to the muscles and by the time I get to my biceps at the end of my work out they are so full they are like twice as big as normal. I think this stuff works great and I just ordered some Shock Therapy and if it is better than NO-xplode like everyone says I will be very very happy!' Carrhart: Fat isnt the enemy, fat is necessary. Sure you dont want to load up on fat but it is needed to build muscle and keep your body healthy. I would suggest a good 15-20% of your calories come from fat and add some Flax oil to your protein shakes to get some good Omega 3's in there.

stop drinking redbulls and try to keep caffeine to a minimum. Just take No-Xplode on lifting days before you work out. I have taken it on an empty stomach and also an hour after eating and both ways I had lots of energy at the gym and I would lift hard and not want to leave.

Its amazing how different people taking the same supplement get such different results and effects. When I took NO-X the firt time it was great. The energy the focus I thought I had found a great supplement. After that first day though, I never got the same feeling. It went steadily down from there. So I figure I would just take it until is was done then try something else and go back to it after a while. Was a shame though, that first day was insane!

After taking it that first day I was practically shaking from the amount of energy I had. I couldn't sit still for more than a minute. Now still on my first tub and only 1/2 way through it, I feel like I hardly get any kind of a rush anymore. My recovery is fast though. Within a day or two I'm feeling brand new. I guess if you want energy and you want some focus, try cheaper products. The only thing I can see myself buying from BSN again, is the TrueMass that they have out.
