So with the NO Xplode, I workout 6 days taking sunday off, should I be taking it on sunday also or no?
no not nessary, save some money. I would try the cellmass its a decent creatine. There is better creatines out there but it work pretty well for me. Take the cell mass on the off days
As far as working out 6 days a week, as someone who did that a year and a half, I strongly suggest taking it down to 5 days a week. I've had some much better results doing 5.
