I started using this product 1 week ago today and it's the best NO product I ever used. I take 4 pills 30 minutes before workout and the pumps are awesome. I did arms today and the pump was almost painful. Veins popped out everywhere, helped me lift a little longer too. I don't know what's in it but this sucker works. I never even heard of EST before using this product and I can say this, it's worth looking into. I also purchased another product by EST called Methyl E can't wait to review it.
