A good supplement for a newbie, the first 2 containers are pretty awesome and the fruit punch taste like candy.

I agree with u .. i thinkthe taste is .. like a 7 lol but the pumps (depends if u take 1-3 scoops) if i take 3 scoosp ima  FREAKIN MAD MAN..but i feel it in me in 15 min .. i prefer SUPERPUMP more
