No Bull isn't about providing you with workout plans, etc. It doesn't promise to give you that either. Instead, what No Bull promises to do is teach you how to train. You won't be given specific programs, instead, you will be given the tools to craft your own effective workouts. You will be able to switch things up on the fly if you go to the gym and the equipment you need is unavailable. These are important skills for the beginning bodybuilder. Honestly, you can't go wrong with this book.
