Are NO2 Products safe for teens? Also this whole perpetual pump thing, will that size stay on you at all or will it just wear off after you take the product? Also, how long would you recomend taking it for, assuming it is safe for teens with no lasting side affects?

Keep in mind if you're planning on going into the service, NO2 is not on the approved list for the Navy and Army, I believe everything though. My old lifting partner was in the Navy and looking for harder supplements to take, but none were legal and would get him on the street.

There is no "approved" list, there is a list of banned substances which includes prohormones and anabolic steroids but does not include NO2. I think the initial hype about NO2 is dying down. It's nothing more than a constant pump. The gains in strength come from the creatine they tell you to stack with it, not from the NO2. GNC employees are going so far now as to say that NO2 doesn't work without creatine. I think it's a big waste of money. I used the stuff for the longest time, and when I went off I didn't lose any strength or size, only the pump. Now my arms and chest have grown as big without NO2 as they were with it, so I don't think I've really lost anything. That's just my opinion though. Like mda1125 said, try it out for a few weeks and decide for yourself.

NO2 just pumps you up. I gained about 5 pounds at most on my lifts from it. You get alot bigger...while in the gym, then an hour later its pretty much gone. I used pumptech and got a little better results but i think thats because of the creatine in it. I think all NO2 products are pretty much useless, besides lookin huge for an hour if thats your thing. I took it for awhile so im sure its safe, but save ur money and ur time and just find a good creatine because NO2 isnt worth it.
