I know what still needs to be done. Loose 8-10% more body fat so you can see all those muscles I have been working hard to make bigger.

But I wanted to show off my one year progress pics. The first is 3 weeks into the Atkins diet, but I wanted to compare dressed up to dressed up. No sense blocking out the face, since thats where you can see a lot of change.

Jenng.. wow.. umm.. yeah. There are some massive changes there. It's like one of those before after pics. That is awesome and I'm really happy for you. I bet in another year.. anyway.. you are looking good! I can easily tell in the first second that you have dropped weight and gained some muscle. Whatever you are doing, you are on the right path for sure. It's visually obvious.

Great job!

That's the way to do it, Jenn. Real nice work, congratulations. If it wasn't for the facial features, you'd never know it was the same person.

AWESOME!!!!!!!

That is some fantastic progress. Absolutely amazing what a person can do when they set thier mind to it. This is some great motivation for me to step and drop some pounds. Keep up the awesome work!!!

Rock on Jenn... great work!

So for your year two photos, are you going to be posing with a gun and combat boots like your avatar? That would be cool...

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!!

I am floored. You look great. The next time you have any negative thoughts about yourself, I want you to write me and I will dispell them. You have done what most of the masses are not even capable of doing. And you did it with a smile. Bravo, to you my dear!
