i just got some no-xplode and recomended on the label is to use 2-3 scoops on workout days and 1 scoop on non work out days, but however doing this is rather expensive so i decided id do only 2 scoops on work out days, 30-45 min before work outs for 12 weeks and see how it goes, me being a cheap ass. Day 1: Chest, Traps, and abs The taste was Ok, not something youd enjoy drinkin like gatorade or soda or water but far better than protein shakes and all, kinda tastes like energy drinks like red bull. the flavor i got is lemon lime or LEMONADE FROST. The only affects i felt today were a boost of energy, whether it be from the no-xplode or just mentally thinking it would happen i dont know. I lifted more on everything except for bench, but i did bench alot easier than usually. I didnt go up a ****load of amount like from incline i used to do 55 pound dumbbells this time i did 60s with ease, prolly will do 65 next week. Whether it's because of the no-Xplode or just because ive been lifting alot i dont know. That's my review for day 1. I was happy with my lift and i had a good one. Only problem is its 11 pm and im not really tired, even after a hour and a half to 2 hour workout. I'm gonna weigh myself tomorow.
