Yesterday I had to wokrout my chest and biceps. I used a weight and was able to do 12 reps with the weight but i used very heavy weights machines and was able to do 5 reps with the weights i choose. Anyways, in the morning I didnt feel any pain or sore in my chest or bicep, it is a little sore only but not like the first time i worked out. is this normal or there is something wrong with my reps/weights??

Soreness means nothing. It's your body being presented with microtrama that it isn't used to. Lactic acid is believed to the principle cause of soreness. As far as machines go, avoid them and stick to free weights. If you like the "pump" machines give you or are using them for a particular reason like isolating a muscle group (note that isolations are fine with machines seeing it's only working a single joint and is intended to only work a single muscle group at a time) then do them after free weights. Machines cancel the utilization of the stabilizers in your bigger compound movements. The unnatural movement pattern it gives you is a fixed range of motion that works outside the body's three dimensional plane - transverse, sagital, coronal. Therefore the machines will not be as effective, but as I said earlier - isolations in machines are more acceptable.

Normally, when you first start out in the first few weeks you will feel very sore ... but after this it should go away. However i do find that after an intense workout, my body does feel drained and my muscles just feel tired.

It's normal, or you didn't step out of your comfort zone. Learn what your is, and learn how to step out of it. Then the next morning sucks.
