No Gym Workout - Workout for the Travelling man/woman

In an effort to help some of us that lead busy lives filled with travel, I was hoping someone could guide me towards a great routine that doesn't require weights or a gym. The scenario is I'll be traveling for a month in hotels with only crappy treadmills that seldomly work and will be flying with a wheeled carry-on bag only. I don't expect to get bigger on this routine, but at least maintain what I've gained and perhaps focus on fat burning while traveling (focusing on routine, not diet right now). What are your thoughts? I'll still be able to do cardio/HIIT so that's not an issue ... Help is greatly appreciated in advance.

Things you might not have thought of: Bodyweight Pistol squats Handstand press ups, against the wall to free standing Planches -all of these are f*ckin hard! Lateral trunk extension With your travel bag Overhead squat, squat with it on one shoulder straight leg deadlift, suitcase deads... OH press Turkish get-ups (with something small in size) Full cleans Pick it up from the floor at one side, drop on a chair on the other side of you, repeat back and forth... Dont drag your bag on its wheels, pick it up everywhere you go, bicep curl it in the que at the airport etc.

The hotel room should have chairs so you can do dips, i have heard of people doing pull ups on doors but that depends on how much you trust the door. Crunches, pushups, etc.

a ton of hotels have fitness centers in them now. if they don't, maybe invest is some cheap resistence bands just for their portability. atleast is would be something to have rather than nothing. BW excerises as explained above also are great.

Box jumps are good too, if you have a sturdy chair you can use that.

I don't have an iPhone, but keep the suggestions coming! These are great! Hoping to hit the gym hard Saturdays/Sundays which should help a little.
