It sounds like your diet is consisted of primarily carbs and not enough protien. Have you considered taking whey protien shakes made with whole milk? Try taking those 2 - 3 times per day. Shoot for 1 - 1.5 grams of protien per lb. of bodyweight (that would be about 160 to 240 grams....just make it an even 200 grams per day). Try that. You can mix shakes up and put them in a thermos and bring that to work. I use ON 100% whey protien (milk chocolate flavor) - 2 scoops mixed with 2 cups of whole milk. That's 540 calories, 19 g fat, 32 g carbs, and 64 g protien. 2 or 3 of them a day mixed in with 2 - 3 good meals could work wonders for you.

Yep. I got that right here in my gracery list. I am feeling so damn despo that I am willing to do anything though I am against supplementation. I know I sound dumb but I dont want to depend on supps for my protien intake. So I try to balance it out by eating up extra on whatever I eat for the protien's sake. Man! I gotta fix my diet. I am screwing up everything big deal. Thanks for the Input. Btw, when I typed out my diet in here. The display on the screen made me realise how "not right", up it was. It's pretty clean as such. But not what I should be doing to lose the adipose tissue.

I'm not a huge fan of supplements either, however since getting enough protien is SO DAMN IMPORTANT, I make an exception for protein powder. Besides 100% whey protien is simply just protien (and some other added flavoring). It's not like it's NOxplode or cellmax or something with all kinds of crazy ingredients. It's just nothing more then protien, which IMO is the most useful "supplement" someone could possibly take.

Yeah seriously, if nothing else, make whey your staple if you must. I have 10,000 bottles of **** I use every now and then, but protein at least twice per day.
