Just about to start my first bottle. I would like to know how well this product works and when to take it(for those who have used it).

eh.. it's ok. decent. it's just protein though. how it works all depends on your lifting/diet/goals. are you trying to cut? b/c nitrotech is very efficient at that due to the fact that it has 100 or so calories and 50 grams of protein per serving. work hard. finish the bottle, and then decide for yourself if you like the product. there's other brands out there that taste way better though and aren't as high in price.

Silver Fox. Yea, I am cutting. I am still going to take all my supplements while I'm cutting, is that a bad idea? (Creatine,N02 Black/Powder, multi vit., fish oil and now Nitro Tech.) I am 155, but i am 14 percent body fat. When I started out lifting 4 months ago I was 135. I packed on some fat as I was eating everything in sight, now I am ready to cut a little bit. 4 days a week 45 min. cardio with High Protein, I hope, will help me maintain my muscle, maybe even get stronger.
