They say

NitroSynâ„¢ Protein is an advanced bi-phasic anabolic and anti-catabolic multiple protein matrix that uniquely supports the nitrogen-protein synthesis bio-network to accelerate muscle tissue recovery, cellular growth, and reduce muscle protein loss.

I say

It mixed well and tasted great! One other nice thing I noticed, it was a blended protein.. so it might be good for the day (whey) and night (casein). Seemed like a nice combo.

I know virutally nothing about the company itself. So I'm open to anybody else who does know something. But I thought it was a pretty good product just based on taste alone and how well it mixed with water and skim milk.

Very happy with this protein. I use it as my night time formula because of the blend of proteins. I never wake up hungry and I stack it with the Secretagain (gH formula) from the same company. I sleep better than every and have seen great results.

Cool.. Glad I'm not the only one. I tried a couple of sample bottles. They mixed really well with water and one with milk. Tasted great. Nice and light. And I really liked the blend option.. just seemed like a good overall mix of proteins for daytime/nighttime usage. No upset stomach like I've had with other brands.

Other then Just-Whey, this would be my choice. I was very happy with the taste.

If I am going to use this protein as my suppliment for both nightime, and workout, when should I take it? 30 min before my workout, and again before bedtime?

For workouts? Take it within 30 minutes of the end of your workout.

For nighttime? Take it 1 hour before going to bed.
