What does everyone think about Nitro-tech...and how does it effect one's body exaclty? Are there any better alternativeS?

Eh, before when I first started lifting, in usuing Nitro-Tech, I thought it was the best thing on the planet. Now, I use Nitro-Gen, which has more than double the amt. of protien.

I think its a expensive product that does the same think than some other products less expensive ... Customers have to pay for all the marketing related to nitro-tech so its why it's more expensive ... :(

I've used Nitro-tech in the past. Been using AST products for the past few months, really like them.

Another whey protein supplement that has been tested is a product called NITRO-TechÂ® â€” a protein supplement that contains a blend of whey protein concentrate and isolate. NITRO-TechÂ® is supposed to be "24 times better than regular whey" for promoting muscle growth.

One of the trials to reach the pages of a peer-reviewed journal does show that NITRO-TechÂ® users gained 3.7 pounds more muscle than those using regular whey protein during a six-week weight-training program [2].

However, these extra gains are due simply to the fact that NITRO-TechÂ® contains creatine â€” not because it contains some highly advanced form of whey protein. In fact, some research shows that just five days of creatine supplementation (20 grams daily) leads to a three-pound gain in lean tissue [10].

Of course, you won't see this mentioned in any of the adverts. Nor is it listed clearly on the label. You'll need to read through the long list of ingredients before you'll find micronized creatine monohydrate mentioned anywhere. This doesn't mean that NITRO-TechÂ® is any better or any worse than other blends of whey protein on the market. It's just an expensive source of whey protein and creatine.

Ummm, I wouldnt go saying that. I had great results w/ stacking cell tech and nitro tech, and hydroxycut got me cut as ****, so maybe you dont like nitro tech, but dont diss all of muscle tech products, they gave me 10 Lbs of muscle last time I used thier stuff.

hear me out.

read my post above and put it in perspective. we see page after page of ads everywhere for muscletech. they claim the product to be so much better than regular whey but as was proven, they're being dishonest and not revealing the facts.

same goes for celltech. they claim it to be superior than other creatine products. but they simply doubled the amount of creatine and dextrose per serving. its nothing special.

all these ppl are claiming good gains when they could have gotten the same results with other brands for less money. why pay more?

look, we're all in this together. we're after the same goals so we need to look out for one another. i wouldnt want to see a good friend get duped out of his or her money the same way i dont want to see my buddies on the message boards get duped out of their money. Smile
