How long does it take on average for you guys to get results from Nitrix? I respond pretty well to NO products, and I'm trying to get prepared for Mexico, so trying to look pumped on the beaches. what do you guys think?

3-4 days, if you eat alot of fast digesting carbs and drink a lot of water. thats how it works for me. The results will be more clear the lower your body fat too.

i should probably be more clear on when you should eat it too. A fast digesting carb would be anything like white bread instead of wheat. Ramen noodles is another good example(be careful with these though, they have a lot of saturated fat). Any carb that digests quickly in your system and will get its nutrients out to your body quicker. A slow carb would be something like oatmeal, wheat bread, ect. I'd say that 20 minutes after you pop some nitrix, eat 45 grams of fast carbs and it'll help jack you up. Through out the rest of the day though go with slower carbs.

I would suggest after a proper warm up period, keep a water bottle handy during your workout mixed with complex carbs (50g w/12oz. of water) and sip this mixture between sets throughout your workout. This helps with sustaning your energy levels during an intense workout. Also, throughout the day consume at least a gallon of water. Peace

I take cheap BodyFortress NOS and seen results the first time taking it. I been on it for 2 months and still see results everytime. Maybe Nitrix is kinda crappy if it takes a week.

its not crappy,(though BSN is). It just takes your intenstines a little longer to absorb the new stuff. After just a few days, it'll just start to click
