does nitrix have to be taken everyday im planning on taking 4 a day only on mon. wed. and fri 1 in the morning, 2 b4 workout, and 1 in the PM is that ok.. will i still experience effects? and im only 16, and weigh only 129 lbs. on other days ill take 1 day, or none at all..

i'd recommend taking it everyday just not as much on off days. However everyone is different so you'll have to see if it works for you. Just a side note if the nitrix doesn't work for you i found that XPand is the best stuff for NO boosting. For me anyway.

I would still take the reccomended dosage of nine aday and take it everyday. Its pointless not to take enough because then u waste them and get 0 results. I disagree with the above statement on the grounds that Xpand is a different type of supplement than Nitrix and even in its own catogorie it is surpassed by No-Xplode. Try a bottle on reccomended dosage eveyday and see what you think thats my advice.

i'll give you some advice falestinee4ever. to get big all you have to do is eat and lift its that simple. don't go to the gym and talk with buddies go and lift.also don't do every bodypart on one day give each one its own day and focus on just that muscle group that day. eat like 6(clean) meals a day. alot of the people on here will tell you this supplement is better than this one when in fact they all do the same thing. NOTHING!! people are like well i'm stacking 57 different things and my bench went up 5 pounds in a month. yeah it'll do that anyway, and atleast you'll know that its full hard muscle you built and not something that will drop away when you cycle off. everyone wants a supplement to do what steroids does and there isn't one. so if you take anything away from this let it be save your money the only supp you need is the will to get big. however i'm sure there will bee thousand posts after this saying take this and take that. but you'll come to find out that its not the supps that get you big its the iron you sling.

im not that big so i dont think that i have to take 9 aday wats the phrase "cyclying it" mean when it comes to supps.

Im not big either (when I took Nitrix I took 9 b/c the back side of the label said so). I weigh 145 and im a senior in high school, but I stay constant and just lift. Dont worry about getting big, just worry about strenght in muscle mass and let size come into play as a "side effect." I weighed about 129 as a sopmore and 130 as a junior, my Senior year is contributed to lifting and Ive already gained 15 lb. Also, so ya know about Nitrix, it works but is very subtle when just taking it and whey protein. Drink a lot of water always, let no one tell ya different.

will this work with me, im only on nitrix and weight gain and i just started i take 2 nitrix in the morning, and half hour later i eat breakfast, or a weight gain shake. at like 11:30am i have lunch @ school.. at 12:55pm i take 3 nitrix, and i begin workin out at 1:30pm for like 40min.... when i go home ill eat a couple of meals and maybe one or two shakes..... and at 9:30pm i take 2 nitrix... (all this happens at mon. wed. and fri. i do upper on these days) (on tues. and thurs. i do 20min cardio and workout legs for like 15 min.. so on tues and thurs same process but i take no nitrix in the morning, 2 b4 workout, and one at night) help me out will ya.... im a junior.. 16.. 130lbs.. very skinny.... thanx... am i takin nitrix at bad times tell me thanx.. plz respond...

Dude, take Nitrix like this and I promise you it'll work, plus your on weight gain so it might work even better. Take Nitrix tabs like this: 3 tabs 30-45 mins before breakfast, 3 ".." for lunch, then 3 ".." for dinner and also make sure you have at least 120 oz of water in your system every day. Its better for Nitrix to be 30-45 min before a meal, but doesnt neccesarily have to. I tried to aim for 30-45 min alot of times but overshoot, but thats ok, as long as they are in your system for that time period. Do that, and I promise you that youll have more gains.

lunch is at 11:30 and my workout is at 1:25 so should i take b4 lunch or 30-45 b4 workout should i take on no workout days... and when should i take wieght gain...

whatyes, I'm going to have to disagree with you there. I'd been in high school weight lifting, and over a period of 18 weeks I gained a fair amount of muscle, in the past month I've started back up in the weight lifting, this time with the aid of GNC Anarobic 30-day kit, and 2 jugs of GNC 100% whey protein, I've gained back all my old muscle and more, and have increased quite dramatically. now I don't know about cycling off what will happen, but I can imagine even if i quit taking the supplements, it's not gonna be the next day i lose my strengh, so i can train off the pills, to continue that muscle growth... those are just my 2 cents. *starting monday i'll be taking a new supplement. NO2, I paid a hefty price but I believe in the product, and I had to choose ONE so I'm choosing what I think is best. NO2 by MRI is the product I chose, and I spent a total of $82.98 on 1 300capsule bottle.

Oh and some extra info for Falestinee, I'd suggest taking the same amount suggested on the bottle EVERY DAY, even on off days. take everything as directed. because your muscles are still doing their thing even on you're off days. They need rest, repair, and some building does go on.

Take nitrix everyday (workout days and rest days) b/c muscles are alwaqys in use and have multiple repar systems through the time of day. 1130, thats bit of early for a lunch, but if your in school, then dont worry about changing it lol.

30-45 min before every meal. dont worry about taking it before a workout, its in your blood system. drink 120 oz of water atleast (i use 120 as a give number to reach), not neccesarily 120 oz. but basically a lot of water, over 120 or at 120. Water makes up over 70-75% of your body and water causes your immune system to replenish and build its self, help with functions in the brain, heart and other major organs. Water also maintains and improves your pecker action ans sexual action. So basically water is very important, but dont overload too much water at once or in a short time (ex. one hour) so what I do is carry around a 34 oz. water bottle and drink water almost all the time.

Im also disagreeing with whatyes..as does science. Supplements are a supplement to someone who already trains hard and diets right they can speed recovery and promote anabolism as well as provide essential BCAAs and ECAs that are hard to get elsewhere. They cna even act as efficient delivery systems to absorb nutrients from food that normally would goto waste so not only do I disagree but the fact that you claim supplements do "NOTHING" causes science to disagree.

I take it everyday that I am training (twice a day)!!! It seems to be some really good stuff especially when take in conjunction with NO-xplode!!!

i tried a sample of NOExplode and i once i got to my last set.. something in my brain like popped, and ive had a killer headache since... is that normal...?
