Whats up everyone..I've been on Xplode for about 5 weeks and love it. I'm on my second week of BSN Nitrix and I'm waiting for the "Switch" to go on. I'm just curious about the servings. I know the directions are 3 pills 3 times a day...I'm just curious if anyone has had any success with other combinations of the servings. I've heard others taken only 3 pills twice a day....Let me know.

It really all depends on how long you want the effects to last. 3 Nitrix will keep your NO levels high for at least 7 hours, that is what BSN claims at least. I take 3 Nitrix 3 times a day because I am up from 6 -10; It keeps the blood flowing faster.
