Hi, I am a hard gainer and I'm loading up on NO2 right now.  An I do fill puffier but I don't get that extra push during my workout like it promised.  I tried creatine like 5 years ago and it was amazing, I felt the extra boost.  Can anyone tell me anything about no2 and what affect it has on for a hard gainer.

NO2 can give you that extra boost while lifting if it's taken in the powder form.  The effects of NO2 in it's pill form are more subtle.  You should try one of these pre-workout NO2 supplements:

  • BSN NO-Xplode
  • San V12 Turbo
  • Gaspari Superpump 250
Note: These supplements can be taken in addition with your current NO2 supplement.

I have used the NO-Xplode and had good results.  I get up at 430 am to go to the gym so a glass of NO-Xplode and ten minutes later it would set me off.  Another good thing is that it didnt make me all jittery, just made me want to haul a$$ to the gym and start lifting.

Shoot I just spent 35 bucks on NoX2 by Pannicle.  It's the pill form, is that why I don't feel the extra push.  That sucks.  Anyways, how long should I stay on no2 and doesn't no-xplode have creatine in it.  I'm trying to stay away from creatine.  It works, but I feel like crap when I'm off of it.

There is creatine in NO-Xplode.  I dont believe there is enough to worry about.  I looked at the label and it doesnt say how much creatine there is.  If you do end up gettng some Nop-Xplode you'll have to play around with scoop amounts.  One scoop wasn't enough to feel it and 3 scoops sent me to the bathroom.
