Hi, I am the worst lifter there is. I work out for couple months, start to see some results and ofcourse for some reason stop working out for a long- long time/ Then again start to work out and drop it. Now I actually decided that there is no way I'll make any excuse and drop this again. To even more motivate myself a bought few fitnes and body building magazines. Found the most expensive membership possible and finaly went to gym in few months.
But my question is about absolutly something different than what I posted above. Well, I am in process when I am being brain washed with this NO stuff. Dou you think it is worth to get this suplement for a beginer?

Thank you in advance I would really apreciate your advice.

Is NO worth the money? You are going to get many people saying yes while many will say no. The best thing I can tell you is get your routine down. Work out for a couple of weeks and pay close attention to how you feel and look. Then go out and get some. This way will be able to have a good idea of what you look like on and off NO. Personally NO works well for me and in theory how it works, all I can see is that can benefit you. Since NO maximizes your blood vessel size, it will feed your muscles with nutrients and oxygen. So anything that you put in your body will have a better chance of being delivered to your muscles. Now remember I said in THEORY. Although a buddy of mine went through three different brands before he found one that worked well for him. So to answer your question it is worth it to me, but this may not be true for you. Personally I have had success with No-Xplode and NO2. I hope this helps. But remember if you do not see what your body looks and feels like before you go out and start stuffing all these supplements down your thought, you will never know how well they are working for you. Hope this helps.
