alright so im gonna start lifiting weights again, and i want that extra edge to help me get bigger faster.. Some friends of mine are taking NO2 .. which is basically nitric oxide which helps blood flow if im not mistaken.. and the swear by it.... and also i hear about creatine which has to do with rebuilding atp.

I found that product which has nitric acid and creatine. I was wondering if this would be just like taking NO2 and creatine.. or if its missing some of the vital ingredients. Also how much improvement would i see while using this? should i take this before or after a work out?

Well they clearly suggest to take it pre workout since it's designed for you to get pumps and energy at the gym. I'm actually taking this supplement... it was on sale so I thought I'd try it out. It only has 2g of creatine monohydrate so if you're looking to take creatine I'd get some other source of creatine to take post workout... 2g a day isn't much (shoot for 5-10g/day).

Other than that, I kinda like this product, just cause I feel like it gives me energy at the gym and it does help with the pumps (veins and muscles) but I like it for it's energy. I havn't taken NO-Xplode but I think it could be compared to it.

yea, i hear 2g is about all you need... because youll get x amout from foods you eat.. and you dont need more than 4g... i read where scientific research said a 220lb atlete doesnt need but 3gs a day and im not anywhere close to that...

and does your uhh. yea you know guys have one girls dont, seem any bigger? (im trying to compare the blood flow) Smile

creatine is mostly found in red meats. Not sure how significant the amount in it is vs the powder stuff, but powder is way more efficient. For creatine monohydrate I've heard that your body only makes use of a small percentage of the powder you intake... not sure how legit that is but the standard dosage for anyone is 5-10g a day. I take about 7 (2g with Nitro Explosion and 5g after workout.)

About your other question, I havnt noticed any significant changes... theoretically speaking I guess it could "pump up" more than usual, but I usually don't get erections while working out... and by usually I mean ever. But I think a constant, longer, more full erection can lead to increasing of size... I think that's what Enzyte does if I'm not mistaken.

im not taking it to get a big thing lol, i was wondering if it has the same effects....

A few of my friends are taking NO2  (isnt nitrx the same thing?) and one of my boys has gained 18 pounds in like 2 or 3 months, and the other has gained like 5 pounds in a week. Are these results typical? And if i take no2 it should be 3 before breakfast, lunch and dinner? How often should i work out? and its two weeks on two weeks off?

i think im gonna try this either nitrex or no2

just beause "your boy" gained 5 pounds doesn't mean its muscle, its prob no muscle. he prob ate a big meal and then weighed himself, thats a great way to gain weight. i could gain 5 pounds in one sitting if i ate 2 large pizzas and washed it down with a 2 liter of pepsi. also props to you other friend, im sure hes carrying 17 of those 18 pounds around his waist. you should try the Mcdonalds diet, eat their 5 times a day and always supersize. you'll gain 20- 30 pounds in a month, i promise.
