I really like #9. I can do 2 cadio sessions of my off days. My biggest failure in doing cardio to date is when to do it. Since I train with weights in the PM, I have to do cardio in the AM. And not having breakfast before sucks. At least I get a protein shake in. After reading this article I figured I can get in 2 good 15 minute sessions on my off days. Very interesting article! I'm going to have to try the cardio splitting instead of cramming it all in one session. Thanks!!!
