About 3 months ago, i had a realization about myself and wanted to get back in shape. I was currently in the worst shape of my life, 267 lbs. Im only 5 10. So i went to the doc, got permission to exercise. So i started to play basketball, bought a mountain bike, and recently a month ago started to weight train. I changed my diet, lots of chicken and fish and fruits. And today only 3 months later im at 223 lbs. I feel better than ever! I know i have a ways to go. What i need help on is supplements. Everyone has a theory on what to take. I already have my 4 day a week routine for weight training and two day a week of cardio. And i believe im eating really well. I recently started, with a protein shake twice a day, NO2, and CE2. Is there something else i should go for here? Its been about two days with the no2, ce2 stack and i definatly feel more alert and motivated, and thirsty as hell. I do drink a lot of water regularly now so its not that bad to keep it going but man, this really makes you thirsty. What else should i be doing? Is this amount of supplements good enough or do i need to tweak it a little more?

well you've lost a lot of weight in 3 months, congrads and keep it up, remember to update ur cal.,carb, protein, ect. intake with ur weight.

About supps i cant really help you, i see your current goal is just to lose as most fat as possible to get that ripped look.

Only one thing i have to say is on this goal never take creatine, it wont make you look ripped, however it will give you strenght and size if your interested in it.
