Hey, i am 14 years old and ive been looking to get into weight training for a year or so now. Ive been trying to catch up with what you call this, what you call that for some time now, still no good at it though :). But back to my point. Im 14, 5"9 160lbs. Ive been trying to workout here and their over the past month and saw little to no results. Considering summer is around the corner, going to the gym wont be as hard, but what would most of you consider as a good workout for me here at home? ( and possibly gym workouts too ) i have loads of free weights, and gym equipment ( for the most part ) Any help is appreciated thanks.

Ok im a newbie myself so take a more experiences persons advice over mine, however i can tell you that working out every now and then will only gain you little muscle-take it from someone who did little amounts here and there. You need to workout the entire body to get the big gains, and if you have a gym at home then your home is your oyster, work everything, do everything, but do it in a routine so you dont push muscles when theyre still sore or it wont allow them to repair and grow
