ok guyz...im 16 y.o 5'6 and i weigh only 56kgs...
i have been BB for a yr rite now...but not regularly and properly...but yeah i have a good shape...
but im really skinny...u can count my ribs if i stretch....
so can any 1 tell how i can increase my body size get less skinnier?
i dont luk muscular unless i pump my muscles!!!!...

and can any1 tell wat shud i do to increse my power get stronger?does pull ups and push ups help in inc power?
