Newbie need workout

I'm a newbie if being here doesn't say that haha. I'm not totally muscled but not skinny powerfully built if I can say that without sounding egotistical I'm 15 sixteen this year and 6.2 I've been working out for a while now though been busy with crap so weakend a bit in the past months so doing it again. But anyway But first question I have is what I should do for a full upper body work out I have only one free weight but with interchangable weights and a benchpress and a tread mill (all got from family) so I would just like a good work out that I can start to build on.

How much weight do you have?

For an upper body workout:

Bench press
Overhead tricep extension
Shoulder press
Dead lift
DB row
Bicep curl

You can also do some pullups if you have anything on the ceiling to hang on to.

Make sure that you are working your legs as well, if you have a bar you can squat.
Bench- 315 Squat- 345 Dead-  515

Total- 1175

I have 30 LBS each piece has 2.5 LBS on it
for the benchpress I have 50 LBS in all
