Newbie help - Monday, March 16, 2009 12:12 PM ( #1 )
Hi im new and my problem is i have a testosterone deficiency (extremely low) and I dont take the gel,  i am a construction worker and lift quite a bit of weight daily and it dosent seem to bother me but when I start working out i destroy my muscles and I cant move for three to four days at a time (not just a little sore like getting chills moving sore) is there a way to work around this? Ireally think getting myself in better shape will boost my test levels. Thanks for any advice.

Well I really don't have one usually I get myself motivated and jump in the garage and do like three sets of ten benching, curling, flies, leg curls, squats whatever feels good, but sometimes right away but mostly the next day i'm done like i ripped all the muscles in my body and I literaly feel ill, last time I was getting myself in a diet regemin I drank 2 glasses of water in the morning ate two eggs, later I ate yogurt and fruit w/water,lunch was a tuna sandwich on wheat w/water,before working out anabolic extreme, after working out anabolic extreme and a piece of white bread, a light dinner like fish or chicken and veggies and a couple of spoons of peanut butter or some cottage cheese before bed, but it sucks to keep eating like that when i'm shredded and cant work out for days at a time.

Maybe lower that volume.  Just do a few sets of benching at a lower rep range, maybe 5 reps.  Do some squats around 6 reps.  Maybe a few deadlifts on one day or a different back exercise on another, finish with some crunches and call it a day, see how you feel.  Not need to slam yourself with a multitude of exercises if it makes you that sore.  Be sure to get some post workout protein and carbs if you aren't cutting.  Consider taking a multivitamin if you aren't, make sure you get 30 mg zinc and close to 500 mg magnesium before bed, cottage cheese might inhibit its absorption so maybe eat that meal a little earlier so you can take the vitamins, that should give you a slight testosterone boost over time.

ummm .. ok. ur diet seems OK to me, but just do also include what seo says. also u might want to get the reps lower on the other exercises and increase the weights n reps in squats since squats are gonna definitely increase ur testosterone levels.

u might also wanna try some supps.
