Hey Guys =) My names matt and im 15. I weigh 150 and im 5'9,. Im looking to gain about 20 pounds for this years football season. (I dont want a belly) Is there any weight gainers/supplements that you guys can recommend for me? Any lifting programs that you guys have used that have helped you to gain weight and not fat? Also for any football people, im looking to play outside linebacker/free saftey, so any speed drills you guys can reccomend? Thanks, (5% body fat btw, dont need to lost fat.) Feel free to PM me :)

I could recommend Optimum Nutrition as a protein supplement. It's one of the best out there. As for a workout routine, you could refer to a section here dedicated to that. Fat is relative bud. As long as you do a decent amount of cardio and proper diet, you won't gain fat much, albeit none at all.
