Hi, this is my first post so ill tell ya a little about myself. I am almost 23 and have gained about 20 pounds since graduating from college. Im about 181 right now. I have been lifting on and off since high school but keep breaking my hand or wrist (basketball and punching ****) which obviously causes me to stop. I have been on whey protein and NO-Xplode and those seem to be working great. I picked up some Cell mass and Nitrix today to stack a little bit more. My first question is can I take the nitrix and Xplode and Cell mass all at the same time or should I take each one by it self or can I take 2 of them at the same time. I am really confused about the BSN products because all 3 that I have say to take on an empty stomach so does that mean I cant take my Xplode and Nitrix at the same time. It just seems hard to keep my stomach empty before taking the serving stated while trying to consume as much healthy food and protein as possible. I consume about 180-200 grams of protein per day. This is my routine that I have drawn up for the day 630am - wake up - 3 Nitrix 7 - breakfast and protein shake 8 - start work 11am - Cell Mass 11:30 - Lunch 2:15 - 3 Nitrix 2:30 - Peanut Butter Sandwich 4pm - No Xplode 4:30 - Get out of work 5:15 - Start work out 7:15 - End work out 7:30pm - Cell Mass 8pm - Protien Shake 8:15 - Dinner 10pm - 3 Nitrix 11pm - Protein Shake Thanks for all your help, please be kind I am very new to supplements -Tom
