Hey, i just joined and don't know much about bodybuiding so i was lookin to come here for some information. I've always wanted to be muscular and bigger, I'm currently about 5'7 and weigh 120 pounds (bones lol) and i've wanted to put on some meat! I hear some things about steroids or just drugs in general but i don't want to just try them without knowing exactly what I'm getting into... I just needs some good suugestions on what i can do naturally, and maybe some supplements, to help me gain some muscle :) Thanks In Advance, Ben

welcome to db, i suggest playing around [not really just finding how much you can do in each exercise and stuff] for 2-4 weeks and then if you are trying to bulk do max-ot im sure lots of people will give you a link to it, it is a very affective 12 week program also has 6 month program with maximum results.
Football season so won't be on here as much.
