If someone were to take Waxy Maize (Amylopectin) with protein powder and creatine 30 minutes before a workout and immediately after, would that lead to better gains than with just a protein shake? I was thinkin about it and broke it down..If you put it all together the WM would bring all the protein,carbs, and creatine into your system faster.. am i right? or is there any other ways to get what you need even faster than the conventional protein shake? Since PWO nutrition is all about speed and stuff..
