Hello all, I am 17 years old and am a senior in high school, I have lifted since freshman year. However, I have always lifted for football strength and not care what my body looks like. Since January I have been bodybuilding and training on top of my somewhat dilapidated football muscle. My weight has actually dropped dramatically from 210 in January down to 182 at 5'9". I have been satisfied with the significant changes but I am always looking for more, thus leading me to this website. The question I have is what supplements should be used in order to gain hard lean muscle, at this point i have only used whey protein but I would like to know what other bodybuilders use that works. Every supplement claims to be a miracle maker but I want to know straight from other people what has worked for them before I drop 60 or 70 dollars on something that doesn't work. thanx for all advice, Joe
