Greetings all. My name is Chad and below is some quick info on me. Name: ChadLocation: NYAge: 25Height: 5'8"Weight: 165lbsWeightraining: 7 yrs Some supplements I've tried:HydroxycutRipped FuelCell TechXenadryneRedlineAndro poppersGNC MegaMenSpeed Stack (drink)Adrenaline Fuel (drink)Phosphagen HPIsopure Whey Protein....and some others that I can't remember of now Right now I take nothing but water or gatorwade. I may take some EAS Phosphagen HP if I care to. Problem:I was shredded (not extremely but clearly ripped enough weighing at 150-155lbs the last 5 years or so). Now, ever since I started my online business I've been sitting on this chair about 15-17 hours a day. I've gained about 10lbs in my stomach, everything else is fine still. I have a six pack only when I 'tuck it in' :)  I want my stomach back! I don't know what to take to retain mass and yet shred up. I love doing heavy weights on my training but that's not important. I know less weights, more reps does the burn.  Ab workouts: at least 5 different kinds every day, many many sets (at least 10 lets say). I'm starting to eat like a pig also, although healthy - I seem to have cravings for junk like cake or I always eat late night (even healthy stuff like fruits or yogurt). Problem is I eat, sit and the stuff settles there in my stomach. I need advice.  What fat burning / calorie burner do you recommend? I have high tolerance for these things so dont' worry, recommend anything. I want to retain mass, increase energy, regulate eating habits and not lose hair :) I love the crazy energy and pump I use to get from ephedrine back in the day but it was bad still. I get some engery (and major red eyes) from adrenaline stack / speed stack drinks but they're expensive to drink $3 per workout. I workout 5-6 days a week. I'm trying to get into some cardio, just building up endurance. I run at 8.0mph for 1/4 mile walk about 1/4 mile before first and a little after the main run. I try some steps or other cardio like climber, endurance not so well. I'm down about 2 minutes in lol.  I want my abs to be extremely shredded even better than I ever was (I had nice abs, six packs shredded but love handles were regular, not shredded). Help me out please.

Keep lifting heavy, don't train abs every day, don't worry so much about supplements, just whey and a multi, do some cardio about 2 or 3 days a week, don't train every day, start drinking green tea to keep fat levels at bay. anything else, PM me or post in this thread again.

Thanks for the replies. Can anyone else add some more insight as well? No recommended supplements? Thermogenics? Fat burners? Any other advice? Thank you.

Like I said, you have to decrease overall bodyfat to see abs. Good luck on that.
