Well, I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, but you should always, always, read/research products before buying them to save yourself a lot of time/money/dissappointment... Also, I personally think that it is more moneywise to buy one supplement at a time to experience the effects of each before adding more rather than going from 0 supplements to 8. Also x 2, supplements aren't magic. A proper diet/training regimen and around 8 hours of sleep are needed for optimal growth to occur. BUT, you can take... whey protein 30 minutes pre and post workout (if you want to only choose one of those, I'd go with post...) vitamin A - anytime I suppose. I take my vitamins upon waking up. BCAAs 1-3 times a day - I prefer a serving waking up and one right before bed l-arginine - 30 mins to an hour pre-workout. Supposed to increase blood flow... creatine - within 30 mins post-workout glutamine - post workout mega mass 4000 - whenever...I'd take it before bed since you don't have a casein protein EFAs - most bottles say take 2-3 softgels throughout the day with meals...just read your bottle and see.

Also, I personally think that it is more moneywise to buy one supplement at a time to experience the effects of each before adding more rather than going from 0 supplements to 8. good advice, I would personally return most of it and get ON whey or pro complex and a multivitamin and maybe creatine or arginine. Also x 2, supplements aren't magic. A proper diet/training regimen and around 8 hours of sleep are needed for optimal growth to occur. BUT, you can take... whey protein 30 minutes pre and post workout (if you want to only choose one of those, I'd go with post...) I agree vitamin A - anytime I suppose. I take my vitamins upon waking up. Why not a multi-vitamin? BCAAs 1-3 times a day - I prefer a serving waking up and one right before bed Also good to take during w/o l-arginine - 30 mins to an hour pre-workout. Supposed to increase blood flow... 30 minutes before bed for a gh boost also. If you just bought plain l-arginine each capsule is probably 1 gram take 4-5 for a serving. creatine - within 30 mins post-workout I'd say immeadiately post workout with grape juice but whichever you find works for you. Also good 30 minutes preworkout. glutamine - post workout I agree mega mass 4000 - whenever...I'd take it before bed since you don't have a casein protein Never heard of it. EFAs - most bottles say take 2-3 softgels throughout the day with meals...just read your bottle and see. with breakfast and lunc but not within 4 hours preworkout. taking in much fats within four hours of a workout ruduces Nitric oxide levels and GH levels. Also, creatine glutamine and arginine a serving should be around 5 grams.
