New to supplements. - Wednesday, April 18, 2007 9:32 PM
I have a question about supplements. I play AFL (Aussie Rules Football) and i want to start taking a supplement for i suppose you could say maintenance. I'm 190cm, 88kg (6'2", 193pounds) with a pretty low body fat(not sure exactly). i have a gym program 3 days a week with 2 days football training, 1 playing. I eat prety well, but i find during the last few season i loose weight due to amount of running. I'd like to get to 90-92kg and i'd like to 'cut up' a lot more. Any answers about a single supplement that is pretty easy to maintain (protein, creatine etc. I don't really know) would be a great help.

Thanks.

Oh koolies, an AFL player. :D. I don't follow AFL really, but just interested to know what player you are, name that is.

I'm not sure how good your eating is, but I'd suggest have looking at the following article. BTW, do you get nutritonalists that help with your eating, or is that just done by yourself?
