Hey guys, i'm just looking for a new split that would be good for my goals. My goals are to gain about 10 pounds. I'm 21 and weigh 145 pounds now, i'm not a crazy body builder, i just want to get a bit bigger and get healthier. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks !

You need to work your whole body. The best routine I know, which fits your situation is "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe. You can goolge it up, or look here: http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/3_DAY_FULL_BODY/m_303404/tm.htm at the second post. You need the novice routine.

this also means you should adjust your diet. gaining weight cannot just be achieved by weightlifting. if you want quality gains, your diet should consist of a high protein, moderate carb andlow sodium meal plan.
