New routine - Wednesday, July 23, 2008 2:39 PM
Okay so im getting pretty bored of my elliptical workouts.. Anyone have any suggestions for some new equipment i can buy that will be effective and fun?? The only catch it I dont want any bulky equipment because i would have no place to store something to big.

Have you thought about doing something outside like biking or roller blading?

You know what's cool, those Bowflex dumbbells. I need to get me some. They store really well and you can do a lot of things with a pair of good weights.

If you need to do some stregthening squat sets are always good. If you're looking for more balance try taking some yogo classes. my gym just started offering classes with indoboards. It looks pretty awesome.
