A few people have been asking which supplements to use and what protien products to buy so I thought I'd post this here...I just ordered some new stuff for myself and I am excited to try it!

As you know, a staple in my diet is Optimum's 100% Whey Gold Standard.  I have tried a lot of the flavors just by buying tubs of it but now they have a sample pack!  It has 16 flavors:

*Banana Cream
*Caramel Toffee Fudge
*Chocolate Malt
*Chocolate Mint
*Cookies and Cream
*Delicious Strawberry
*Double Rich Chocolate
*Extreme Milk Chocolate
*French Vanilla Creme
*Mocha Cappuccino
*Orange Cream
*Rocky Road
*Root Beer Float
*Strawberry Banana
*Tropical Punch
*Vanilla Ice Cream

You can get this online for under $20 generally...good way to try stuff out without buying the whole tub :)

Status: offline 		Oops I almost forgot!  Another new product I am trying is the Nitro Core 24...this product has a blend of protein and it is formulated to TASTE EXCELLENT.  There are 10 types of protein in the product (24 grams per serving, hence the name :))

Faster:
*Hydrolized Whey Peptides
*Ion-Exchange Whey Protein Isolate
*Cross-Flow Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate
*Ultrafiltered Whey Protein Concentrate
*Glutamine Peptides

Intermediate:
*Egg Albumen
*Milk Protein Isolate
*Ultrafiltered Milk Protein Concentrate

Slower:
*Micellar Casein
*Calcium Caseinate

The idea is to combine proteins to form a more powerful product (and also save us money from having to buy a million different tubs just to mix them:))

It also has 5 grams of fiber to keep you full and 4 grams of Omega 3,6, and 9 fatty acids.  It is fortified for easier digestion, which is great for me...I am used to eating mostly whole foods and some powders and shakes give me troubles!

I got the Cinnamon Roll flavor but I hear Cookies and Cream rocks too!

No we don't



Try coming across less sails person like. and I don't think ON needs alot of support loads of people here have used it.
