Status: offline 		Just wanted to say hey all,...

I'm just getting back to working out on a regular basis, after a good number of years doing what we all do when we get married and have children,...Still in the middle of it actually, but I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes almost a year ago, and have had to change my way of living for more than just wanting to get back into good shape. I had been telling my wife we were getting tot he age we needed to start being concerned with our health, and creqte a rutine that would keep us healthy,...The diagnosis jump stated that for us I guess,....

That does bring up something I was interested in,...Is there any other Diabetics on the forum? I'm curious how you all handle preparing for your work outs,....

Have to run for now,..but I'm glad to be here, and hope I can be a usefull part of the forum,...

Status: offline 		You are now a member of the "Never Too Old To Get Off Your Butt And Take Care Of Yourself For The Rest Of Your Life Club."  Welcome to DB.com.   It gets lonely being the only guy here who is eligible for early retirement Social Security.   LOL  I have some of the symptoms of Type II, but have staved off the onset of the disease with a healthy lifestyle, including diet and exercise.   I also compete in bodybuilding competitions from time to time just to keep my hand in the game.  LOL

Is there  a place that is apropriate to ask about gear? I'm looking to purchase a Half Cage, and have come to like a couple three units. Darn things are way expensive however, and I was wondering if there was a place to get some feedback on them,...

Check out ebay and look for companies selling  stuff they have some good stuff. And do what marc said go to those post.
