Hey i just joined DB, bcuz i really want to start working out to my ability and seeing results Im: 14 yrs old (yes young, but almost every 14 year old at my school works out) 145 lbs 5 foot 8 Im not sure of my body fat Im really athletic, i play football, basketball which i just finished, and baseball which im just starting. Everyday after school im looking to go to my school gym, so im wondering if any one could give me a good schedule of what to do each day of the week for a beginner like me...for the record i can bench 110 without a real problem...120 max, so if any 1 can help me or give me tips on how get stronger, with it being noticable throughout my body over time and give me some sort of schedule i'd really appreciate it, thanks
