While I am away at school it is very hard to eat right but I have been making a great effort. Today I wrote down every thing I ate. Please critique this diet for me to help with my cutting diet. I am currently 5'8 and weigh 170 pounds. My goal is to shed some body fat in the next couple months.

I am also going to have a Casien Protein Shake with water before I go to bed.

Since you're cutting, I assume you're still lifting and trying to retain as much mass as possible.  That said, you need to round out tour meals.  Nutrigrain bars and spaghetti aren't going to help you reach your goals.  Focus on complex carbs and try to squeeze more veggies in each meal.
