Hows it goin, I recently started browsing this forum and have found some good advice so I figured why not register and get even more advice on what I need to do to get myself in shape. Time for a little background information: I am 21, I have had to have surgeries semi monthly since 2002 for an abcess, so needless to say my body has gone to hell. I am now almost completely healed up so I have started going to the gym at my school USCA. I am currently about 210lbs and have the stregnth of a gerbil. I have been wanting to get rid of some excess fat and at the same time, due to my body build, I need to pack on some muscle. I currently work out daily but have my workouts broken down into 3 groups, 1: Upper body/light cardio 2: Legs/light cardio 3: Hardcore cardio. I know I should probably be posting this in an appropriate forum but I figured why not put it in here. Just wanted to say thanks for the good info and thanks in advance for the great info to come.
