Does anyone know why all the new ephedra supplements only consist of 10mg of ephedra versus the older products that contained 20-25mgs. The new products only recommend 10mg a day; however, old Hydroxycut was 20mg a serving and you took it twice a day.

That was not the response I was hoping for! How much is too much when taking ephedra.....prior, I used hydroxycut and it was around 3 caps, 3xs aday and it had roughly 20 mg of ephedra....

Is the new 10mg any stronger or is it that they are just being safe with the new stuff?

im pretty sure that they had to turn down the dosage of ephedra in each serving because of deaths like the baseball player. I would try to stay away from ephedra at all costs if i were u. All it will do is increase your heart rate substantially. Run a mile in the morning when u wake up and a mile before you go to bed. that will have about the same fat burning effects plus u save money and u build up ur leg muscles
