Hi, Marc has introduced a new Forum in the Ask the Experts section on the Board. He asked me to answer questions and lead discussions on the subject of bodybuilding. I am pleased to join Dan as a resident expert. Although I’m nowhere near the expert that Dan is, nevertheless, I will do my best to answer your questions on contest prep, diets, training plans, supplements, grooming, contest supplies, tanning and clothing. If I don’t know the answer to your question, I’ll find it and post it as soon as I so. So, ask away.

Scott is an icon on here and in the bodybuilding world a major inspiration to me he probably has a answer for everything I have a random one off the top of my mind What would happen if you take creatine after a workout then hit the sauna would it be hurtful

just checking what u think about this diet i started cutting up 20 weeks out its been 12 weeks now. my current diet is as follows: 1.breakfast-100g sweet potato and one protien shake with flaxeed oil 2.then train after weights 1 protien and creatine HSC shake 3. 15 mins later 100g sweet potato and 100 g boiled ckicken 4. 1 hr cardio 5. 100g sweet potato and 100g chiken then every 2 - 2.5 hrs i alternate salad and tuna or chiken with boiled veggies 300 to 400g and 120 g boiled breast chicken. before bed i have 1 protien shake and 1 tablespoon flaxeed oil. my problem is i can c changes on the stomach , chest ect bt the weight isnt dropping as fast. and on the weekends i only have veegies n chiken very 2-3 hrs as i dont weight train i cut out my sweet potato
