Status: offline 		Anyone heard about this anywhere besides a magazine ad? They claim to have more isolate. Also there are some things in there like "Hydrowhey" "Aminogen" and "Lactase". Whether or not this is all a crock of bull, I have no idea. I have been saying im going to buy some stuff for a while and have kinda been putting off after hearing that the original 100% wasnt that great. Im not looking for top of the line just a daytime protein something to get me a few more grams a day. Are there other brands I should look at, I dont think Ive ever gotten a real clear answer on this. thanks abunch

Sources tell me those are just patented names of combinations of aminos and stuff..

Not some newly discovered anything.

100% Whey sounds like Optimum?

Sorry to tell the world, but not all proteins are the same. Lower quality brands will be cheaper but contain more fats and carbs and have a lower amino acid complex.. high brands will be of high quality proteins.

And then there will be brands that are lower quality and high prices.

I'm personally biased in this regards, but I've found SportPharma Just-Whey to be of good taste, high quality and reasonable price.

Status: online 		Because nobody truly can be unbiased when they have a strong opinion on what's a good quality protein.

So by saying I'm biased up front.. as in I like SportPharama stuff.. it becomes obvious why I recommend them. Because I've got personal experience with their products. And I've had personal experience with others.

I'm not neutral in this recommendation. Hence, I'm biased.
