Bodybuilding is a down right scientific art form hidden in riddle followed by a calculus problem. It goes deeper than the ocean, and for most questions there is no definitive answer. I guess some, after realizing the above, would go through the motions for a few weeks and then promptly return to comfort of the couch with the safe and familiar feel of a playstation controller in hand. Has the once promising gym card is forever lost, snug in between an expired condom and a 10%off coupon to the red lobster. While others take on the beast to become a beast, completely and utterly shredded in a way that would make a Child stare in disbelief because you have an uncanny resemblance to some hero out of a comic book. Forearms that would make a heroin addict relapse, those bulging veins reminding the poor fein of his old friend. And has u go to pick up that bar with a metric f&*( ton on each side, somewhere at the same time our old friend is pulling out his expired condom and sees his dusty gym card and thinks, maybe if I stuck with it, didn’t make so many excuses, had the will, the discipline, the drive, the determination, the mother F%^&ing heart…..maybe then the girl im about bang wouldn’t have an uncanny resemblance to some villain from a comic book. With that being said a glossary would be great, help some guys not become the villain f*^%er, because has complicated has this sport is, some of the terms are like Arabic to new guys, I mean guys will figure it out either way if they really want to know, and I do, but a glossary would be great, and if there is already one here then disregard all of the above, thanks
