So i have been working out for 3 weeks now everyday except for Sunday which is my day off. I have noticed that instead or curling 25lb i am not do 30 no problem so i am seeing results i guess. I am at a boarding school so the food is not that good i try to eat healthy but its hard everything we eat is so fatty. I have a nice size stomach with a little spare tire that i want to turn in to abs in about 2 months is my goal can anyone tell me what i can do to do this? I am also benching and i work out everyday after lacrosse practice which is a lot of running. Thanks to all the reply.

if u tell me your age height and current weight i can give u better advice . u said u got a spare tire? fat gutt? or just alittle bit? try to eat as healthy as u can , perhaps get some protein powder. , but u need to gain muscle first , then lose the fat.eating healthy makes this easier , cuz u have less fat to lose. 2 months is pretty steap , u could see results but not major ones , id say shoot for 4-6 months , work them hard ,stretch properly and warm up. post your routine , 6 days a week is alot , u should do about 4 day split , and maybe a day of cardio , i dont do carido cuz im bulking , i dont wanna cut any fat until im about 20 lbs over my weight goal. but like mondays i do chest/tri , tues -abs , wed-bis and back , thurs legs , friday shoulders , sat and sun off ,. like 2-4 exercises per muscle. to gain or lose weight u gotta eat a certain amount of calories , u gotta be more detailed to get more responses
