Just thought I would introduce myself. I am training for my second show taking place in April/ 09, UFE Spring Bash. I did my first show last year at Fame in Toronto and placed third in the Grand Masters division. I am a late starter, (started weight training at 55) and am loving every minute of it. I am not a big guy and showed last year at 165 lbs. This time I want to come in at 170 – 173. I will post some pictures of my progress soon. I am training totally different than last time and I think the results are a lot better.

Al. I remember you well. I competed in the Grand Master Pro Division at the same FAME show. You looked great and placed well. I'm glad you are training to step up again. If you need any help, please visit the Ask An Expert section of this Board or go to my web site: www.BodybuildingSenior.com. I'd be happy to assist you in your quest. Old Navy
