Hey everyone my name is Michael I've been small all my life. Being small has been an at school in my family and upon my peers. I am currently an 18 year old college student but, I certainly do not look like it I like more like an incoming highschool freshmen.
well.. let's just cut to the chase
joined wrestling all 4 high school years wrestled at the weight of 103 all 4 years!
after wrestling I am now 115 pounds during wrestling I cut a lot of weight every week that may be why I am small because I stunted my growth.
Recently I tried out for the wrestling team at my college I did not get accepted because I am underweight (pretty much crushed my whole year!)
So now.. I am determined to gain weight come back next year and show that coach who's dedicated.
and how am I gonna do that?

I am currently 18, I weigh about 115 pounds maybe less I am 5'5 ft tall
Never knew how to work out at the gym all I ever do is biceps and triceps and even when I do I feel no improvement I get that "muscle pump" for 20 minutes I get all excited thinking I'm big then it goes down
I am now starting to stick to a diet not so good at it right now but getting used to it take in mind that BEFORE this diet i would only eat 3 times a day and not as much)
7AM - Wake up eat oatmeal (when I have time sometimes I don't) then go to class
9AM - come home I eat cereal with OJ or rice with 3 eggs and some sausages
12PM- Once again I eat rice either with chicken or sausages (sometimes I forget to eat lunch so this pushes back till 2 or 3 PM)
5PM- Probably more rice with chicken or noodles with more eggs
6PM- i hit the gym work out for about 1 hour
7PM- Come home make a peanut butter sandwich and down a cytogainer with 4 scoops
after that i know im supposed to eat dinner but i end up staying on the computer all night or watching tv....it's because by this time im sick of all the rice and chicken
you probably are wondering why i eat too much rice..well first im asian and second i dont know how to make anything else!
Anyways I am asking for help from you guys to assist me in making a meal plan and a workout plan
If you guys want pictures just say so but for now I wont be posting it because it'll take too long and im in need of replies now!

Edit: Oh yeah I forgot to list my goals I would like to hit 135 pounds by december I don't know if it's possible can somebody tell me what is possible if it isnt
