You have a great shape, Look good for your age.  I think you would look great around 185 - 190lbs.   So do you know how your going to go about putting on the muscle?

Well as of now i have a decent diet when i can, but im very busy and i need more will power.

Most of the time if i cant get up early enough before school to make some eggs,  or a protein shake ill either drink 4 raw eggs or run to chick fil-a and get a chicken sandwhich. The next meal at school is a chicken basket that has a good amount of baked chicken in it. The next meal is after school and thats organic cerial, for fiber to help digest and what not then ill end up eating after working out. That meal would usually consist of, 2 tuna, or chicken pattes. Maybe a steak with some greens, such as peas. Then before i go to bed ill drink a protein shake. I know this diet isnt anywhere near great but this is what ive been doing for the past year.

I have a diet that i wish i could follow, but i just dont have the time nor the money to buy all of that food. I was on this diet for a week and I was literally cooking 40% out of the day lol.

lookin good man, just keep doing whatever you are doing and just eat more.  You do look more like you're 25 or so, instead of 16 tho lol

That's alot of protein.  You need carbs, potatoes, rice, pasta trust me lol.  I have had a problem with not getting enough carbs in my own diet and as a result I ended up cutting instead of bulking.

pictures. stand next to them they look much smaller.

but to the OP you look great. I'd like to see a leg shot to see if they match the upper body. Of course if your lifts are true then they should.

Yea thanks for all the compliments everyone, i did play football at hoover high school for a year and in that time i lifted with the team. If anyones ever heard of them they are 3 times national champs and they do it all in the workout room. The routine was more of a powerlifting type because we squatted, hang cleaned, power clean, split jerked, Bench pressed, military pressed and did BB rows everyday. It was very hard getting used to but thats where i got most of my strength. Sucks that i left because now that im at my new school, i look at freshman that can barely squat 200 , but over there they were easily putting up  300+.

Oh and sorry for the bad pics :(
